Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh urges Indian diaspora scientists to contribute from abroad

Minister of State for Science and Technology Dr Jitendra Singh has said that with the growth of digital collaboration tools, Indian diaspora scientists have the option to contribute and work for the country, even while staying in another country.
