India Meteorological Department IMD has said that Cold wave conditions will prevail over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Jharkhand and Odisha for today.
