Election Commission Completes First EVM-VVPAT Randomisation for Eight Bye-Elections

Election Commission has said that the first randomisation of Electronic Voting Machine- Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail ( EVM-VVPATs) for the upcoming Bye-Elections in eight Assembly Constituencies has been completed.   These assembly constituencies are Budgam and Nagrota in Jammu and Kashmir, Anta in Rajasthan, Ghatsila in Jharkhand, Jubilee Hills in Telangana, Tarn Taran in Punjab, Dampa in Mizoram and Nuapada in Odisha.   The By-elections will be held on the 11th of next mont...
