CEC Gyanesh Kumar holds meeting with newly appointed observers for Bihar assembly elections

Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar will hold a meeting in New Delhi today with the newly appointed observers for the Bihar Assembly elections and the by-elections being held in other parts of the country.
