Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has welcomed the Union Budget 2026-27, describing it as extremely significant for the development of Haryana. He said this budget will provide new direction and fresh energy to the state’s infrastructure, agriculture, industry and youth employment.
Chief Minister of Odisha Mohan Charan Majhi today said the Union Budget 2026-27 is a forward-looking and inclusive budget. He said it provides new opportunities for youth, security for farmers, incentives for entrepreneurs, relief for the middle class, and recognition for workers.
West Bengal Governor Dr. C. V. Ananda Bose welcomed the Union Budget. He pointed to proposed investments in freight connectivity, industrial corridors, tourism circuits and green mobility that include West Bengal as evidence that the State stands to benefit from the Centre’s infrastructure-led growth strategy.
Reacting to the Budget, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated that Maharashtra is set to receive 98,306 crore rupees as its share from central taxes. The Chief Minister added that the Budget has made substantial provisions for agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries and irrigation.
