In Madhya Pradesh, a speeding jeep collided with a culvert on the Bhopal-Jabalpur road in Raisen district and fell into a 10-foot-deep ditch. Six people travelling in the jeep died in this accident. Three people, including the bride and groom, are seriously injured.

Police conducted a rescue operation and took the injured to the hospital. Raisen Superintendent of Police Pankaj Kumar Pandey informed that two women, a girl and three men died on the spot in the accident. Initial investigation has revealed that the accident happened due to the driver falling asleep.
