The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has arrested three persons in connection with the murder of Chandra Nath Rath, Personal Assistant to Suvendu Adhikari. The three accused were apprehended from Uttar Pradesh.

According to officials, the arrested persons are notorious sharpshooters. Detectives are repeatedly interrogating them. Efforts are also underway to ascertain who hired them to carry out the killing.
