A Sainath Uskaikar directional short film, “My dad invented the Vadapav” was screened today in Goan Section of 56th International film festival of India.
Short Film beautifully tells the story of ‘Vada Pav’, Mumbai’s famous street food. Snack is more than just something to eat – it shows the city’s energy and strength. Short story tells the snack which was first made in the 1960s by Ashok Vaidya near Dadar station and soon became the perfect snack for Mumbai’s busy and mixed culture.
