As part of the ongoing Seva Parv, the Ministry of Culture today organised a diverse range of art workshops at several places across the country, including Delhi, Chandigarh, Kozhikode, Panaji, Bhubaneswar and Prayagraj on the theme-‘ Viksit Bharat ke Rang, Kala ke Sang’.
