Secretary (South), External Affairs Ministry, Dr Neena Malhotra, met the Governor of Constantine, Abdelkhalek Sayouda, in Algeria today. Constantine is home to several pharma companies. The External Affairs Ministry said they discussed potential collaboration in the fields of Pharma, Higher Education and Tourism.
