Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe arrived in New Delhi today. In a social media post, the External Affairs Ministry informed that the Foreign Minister of Rwanda will attend the 11th Raisina Dialogue and the 2nd India-Rwanda Joint Commission Meeting.
