Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan has said that greater emphasis on research, standardisation, and scientific documentation is essential to establish Ayurveda’s credibility at the global level. He was speaking at the National Ayurveda Sambhasha Conference and the State-level Dhanvantari Awards ceremony organised by the Indian Institute of Ayurveda. The programme was held at the Dr Shiramane Auditorium of the Agricultural College in Pune and was inaugurated by Ramchandra Dhanawade, Joint Secretary of the State Health Education Department.
On the occasion, the Ayurveda Gaurav Awards were presented to 8 persons for their notable contributions to the field of Ayurveda.
