In view of the car blast in New Delhi, a red alert has been sounded in Punjab. 

 

 

Quoting official sources, our Jalandhar Correspondent reports that district police chiefs have been asked to remain alert. The police force has been deployed at sensitive and vulnerable spots

 

 

Checking of Vehicles and suspicious people has been intensified.

 

 

Meanwhile, Border Security Force (BSF) is already on high alert, and deployment on the border is full-proof. Sources have confirmed that all the officers are on the border as part of the border domination exercise.
