Several Sikh organisations and committees across the country met today with Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai regarding the statement made by Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the US.

BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa stated this while addressing the media in New Delhi. He said that Mr. Gandhi’s remarks have created an atmosphere of fear within the Sikh community. He further urged Rahul Gandhi to withdraw his statement, emphasising that this is the demand of the Sikh delegation.
