In Punjab, six faculty members of the  Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar have found place among the top 2 percent of the scientists around the globe for the year 2023. A survey report of a USA-based University has revealed this fact.

This survey has been published in Elsevier by Professor John PA of Stanford University in the United States of America. This selection is based on the top 1 Lakh scientists by c-score or a percentile rank of 2 % or above in the sub-field. This work uses Scopus data provided by Elsevier through the International Centre for the Study of Research ICSR Lab. Director of the institute, Professor B K Kanaujiya has congratulated faculty members for this remarkable achievement and wishes to all for many more laurels in the future.
