Punjab Police has file FIRs under non-bailable sections against Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak who had recently joined BJP along with 6 other Rajya Sabha MPs of Aam Aadmi Party that triggered a fresh political flashpoint in Punjab.

According to sources, two FIRs have been filed in two different districts of Punjab, however, the names of both the districts have not yet been officially disclosed.
