Voting for by-elections to five assembly seats across four states is underway. In Gujarat, Visavadar seat has recorded over 28 per cent voter turnout, while the Kadi assembly constituency has registered around 24 per cent till 11 AM. Nilambur seat in Kerala has recorded over 30 per cent voter turnout, and Punjab’s Ludhiana assembly seat has witnessed over 21 per cent. The voting percentage for the Kaliganj Assembly seat in West Bengal was around 31 per cent till 11 AM. ​

The counting of votes for all five seats will take place on Monday.
