Punjab: Army Chief assesses  operational readiness of  Chetak Corps in Bhatinda

 
 
Chief of the Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi visited Bathinda Military Station in Punjab, today, to review the prevailing security scenario and assess the operational readiness of the Chetak Corps. He was briefed by the General Officer Commanding of the Corps on the operational readiness of units and formations deployed in the sector and operational logistics. While witnessing a display of equipment incorporating cutting-edge technologies, Gen. Dwivedi highlighted the importance of staying abreast with technology and urged all ranks to maintain relentless operational vigilance. General commended the seamless synergy between the Indian Army and the Border Security Force (BSF) in ensuring robust border management for national security.
