Prime Minister chairs meeting on good governance with CMs of NDA ruled states

A day-long conclave of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers was held in New Delhi today. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The conclave was a day-long brainstorming session on good governance issues. BJP President Jagat Prakash Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also participated in the deliberations.

Twenty Chief Ministers and 18 Deputy Chief Ministers belonging to all 20 NDA ruled governments discussed good governance issues. This meeting, organised by the BJP’s Good Governance Department, passed two resolutions. In the first resolution they congratulated Indian defence forces and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the success of Operation Sindoor and in another resolution they congratulatd Central Government for its decision to conduct caste enumeration at the time of ensuing Census.

Leaders at this conclave also discussed the best practices by different NDA state governments. Respective State Chief Ministers demonstrated presentations on their initiatives. Meeting also deliberated upon forthcoming events, including the first anniversary of the NDA Govt, Completion of a Decade of International Yoga Day and 50th Loktantra Hatya Diwas which is 50th anniversary of Imposition of Emergency.
