President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Visakhapatnam this evening to participate in the International Fleet Review (IFR) 2026. The President landed at INS Dega Naval Air Station, where she was accorded a warm welcome by Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Visakhapatnam MP M. Sribharat, District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad, and senior officers of the Eastern Naval Command.
The International Fleet Review will be held tomorrow. As the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the President will review the ceremonial fleet and witness a spectacular display of India’s naval strength and maritime capabilities.
