President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President C.P Radhakrishnan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have extended their greetings to all fellow countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami. 

 

In a social media post, President Murmu said on this day, the people also worship Maa Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and wisdom. The President also wished that the festival bring happiness and prosperity into the lives of all countrymen.

 

Vice President C.P Radhakrishnan wished that Maa Saraswati blesses everyone with wisdom, creativity, and harmony, and inspire us to pursue knowledge with humility and purpose.

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the sacred festival of Basant Panchami is dedicated to the beauty and divinity of nature. He wished that the blessings of Maa Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge and arts, be bestowed upon everyone. Mr Modi also wished that with her grace, every life always remains illuminated by wisdom, discernment, and intelligence.
