President Droupadi Murmu, PM Modi wish Nagaland people on statehood day

President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today wished the people of Nagaland on their statehood day. In a social media post,
 
The President said that the state is blessed with a rich culture and boundless natural beauty. She added that its tribal diversity and unique heritage remain a source of pride. 
 
The President sent her best wishes to the people of the state for a peaceful, prosperous and progressive future.
 
Prime Minister Modi highlighted the glorious Naga culture, describing it as one rooted in service, courage and compassion and widely admired across the country.
 
He noted that the people of Nagaland have consistently distinguished themselves in various domains, contributing to India’s growth and cultural richness. 
 
The Prime Minister wished the state to keep moving ahead with prosperity and progress in the years ahead.
 
 
Union Home Minister Amit Shah extended his wishes to the people of Nagaland on their Statehood Day. In a social media post, Mr Shah said that the state’s vibrant traditions and the resilient spirit of its people strengthen the nation’s cultural fabric.
