President,Vice President and Prime Minister have greeted the nation on the occasion of Eid-Uz-Zuha. In her message, President Draupadi Murmu called the festival a symbol of sacrifice, faith, and humane values. The President said, the festival spreads the message of unity, love, and brotherhood in society. She urged everyone to work together to build a better society by adopting the values of selflessness and dedication.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, in a social media post wrote, the festival reminds everyone of the power of sacrifice and the blessing of generosity. He added that the values of selflessness and service that Id-ul-Zuha upholds are timeless virtues that enrich country’s democratic fabric and strengthen the bonds of our diverse society.
