In Prayagraj, more than 4 million devotees took a holy dip in the Ganga and at the Sangam today as the Magh Mela concluded on Maha Shivratri. District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma said over 220 million devotees attended the festival this year, surpassing the 2013 Kumbh turnout in Prayagraj.
