Prasar Bharati Chairman Navneet Kumar Sehgal today inaugurated the 29th International Conference and Exhibition on Broadcast and Media Technology-BES EXPO 2025 in New Delhi. In his address, Mr Sehgal said, digital infrastructure in the country has grown manifold in the last ten years. He said, the onset of new technologies in communication and broadcasting has brought convergence, digitisation and democratisation of content.
Prasar Bharati CEO Gaurav Dwivedi said, broadcasting media landscape is changing rapidly. He said, now people have reached a stage where it is possible not only to globalise the content but also hyper-personalise and hyper-localise it.
The theme of the conference for this year is Transforming the Media Landscape through AI: Create, Collaborate, and Monetise. During the three-day conference, eminent broadcasters, media industry professionals, and speakers from the country and abroad will be delivering lectures and discussing state-of-the-art broadcasting topics.
In the exhibition, broadcasting equipment manufacturers, broadcast professionals, and service providers from all over the world are displaying their latest products, state-of-the-art technologies, and services.
