The mention of Mannar Uruli and natural farming in the Mann Ki Baat elicited an excellent response in Kerala.  

Mannar Uruli is the huge kitchen vessel made in bronze. Anil S. Ambili, a Mannar based trader, stated that the mention of the Mannar Uruli in Mann Ki Baat increases its relevance. He also noted that the casting work in Mannar has created several world records. He expressed the gratitude of Mannar to the Prime Minister.

Organic farmer Prashanth Kanjikkuzhi from Alappuzha district pointed out that the reference to natural farming in Mann Ki Baat gives them great enthusiasm. He added that he was very happy to receive encouragement from the Prime Minister for farmers like himself.
