Legendary playback singer Asha Bhosle was admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai yesterday evening due to a chest infection and exhaustion, as informed by her granddaughter Zanai Bhosle on social media. The 92-year-old singer was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai.
Zanai Bhosle took to Instagram to share details about her health. According to Breach Candy Hospital, singer Asha Bhosle was unconscious when she was brought in and is currently in the ICU under medical supervision, with her health being continuously monitored. Asha Bhosle, with a career spanning over eight decades, is known for her versatility and has sung many memorable melodies, from romantic songs and ghazals to peppy numbers.
