PM Modi to Address Valedictory Session of BJP MPs’ Workshop in New Delhi; NDA MPs to Attend

Prime Minister Modi will address the valedictory session of the BJP and NDA MPs workshop today. The two-day workshop started at the Balyogi Auditorium in the Parliament complex yesterday. Senior BJP leaders and Members of Parliament are exchanging their valuable perspectives on diverse issues at the workshop. 
 
 
In a social media post yesterday, the Prime Minister said that platforms like Sansad Karyashala are important because they are great forums to learn from each other and deliberate on how we can serve people even better. Talking to the media after the first day of the workshop, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said the Prime Minister was present during all the training sessions.

During the workshop, BJP MPs will also be given basic training in voting procedures for the Vice Presidential election, scheduled to take place tomorrow. Talking to the media after the first day of the workshop, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said the Prime Minister was present in all the training sessions.  
 
 
On the first day of the workshop, the BJP Parliamentary Party unanimously adopted a resolution on Next Gen GST Reforms. The resolution, presented by Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal, congratulated the Prime Minister for this bold and citizen-friendly move and expressed gratitude to the people. The resolution called upon manufacturers and traders to pass on the GST rate cut to consumers. The resolution highlights that the new reforms in the GST promote production, encourage consumption and yet significantly add to the coffers of the nation.
