In a social media post, the Vice-President said that MG Ramchandran was a visionary leader and dedicated his life to the welfare of the poor and the marginalised. Mr Radhakrishan added that MG Ramchandran also left an enduring imprint on Tamil Nadu’s social and political landscape.
