PM Narendra Modi inaugurated multiple development projects worth around 13,430 crore rupees in Kurnool

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated, laid foundation stones and dedicated to the nation, multiple development projects worth around 13 thousand 430 crore rupees at Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh today.
 
 
The projects span across key sectors including industry, power transmission, roads, railways, defence manufacturing and petroleum and natural gas. Addressing a gathering on the occasion, the Prime Minister said, Andhra Pradesh is moving fast on the path of development.
 
 
He said, with the strength of a double-engine government, the state is witnessing unprecedented growth. The Prime Minister said he can say with confidence that by 2047, when India marks 100 years of independence, it will truly be a Viksit Bharat.
 
 
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan were also present on the occasion.
The Prime Minister reached Kurnool this morning on a day-long visit to Andhra Pradesh. Upon arrival, the Prime Minister offered prayers at Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Varla Devasthanam in Srisailam.
 
 
The temple is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and one of the 52 Shakti Peeths. The Prime Minister was presented with the portraits and vestments of Sri Swami and Goddess Bhramaramba. Later, Mr Modi visited Sree Shivaji Spoorthi Kendra in Srisailam to commemorate the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
