Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah today paid homage to Bharat Ratna M. Visvesvaraya on the occasion of Engineer’s Day. In a social media post, Mr Modi said that Mr. Visvesvaraya’s brilliance left an indelible mark on India’s engineering landscape. He said that engineers will continue playing a crucial role in the collective efforts to build a Viksit Bharat. The Prime Minister also extended his warm greetings to all engineers who, through their creativity and determination, continue to drive innovation and tackle tough challenges across sectors.

 

 

 

Meanwhile, Home Minister Amit Shah called M Visvesvaraya a legendary engineer who set the country on a transformative path. In a social media post, he also hailed all the engineers, underlining that their vision, innovation, and dedication are fast advancing the country to the pinnacle of technological progress.
