Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the mishap in Karnataka’s Hassan and shared his thoughts with the bereaved families. In a social media post, Mr. Modi wished a speedy recovery to the injured. The Prime Minister has announced that an ex gratia of 2 lakh rupees from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund will be given to the next of kin of each deceased, and the injured will be given 50 thousand rupees.
