Prime Minister Narendra Modi called upon the industrialists of Punjab to make good quality of Indian products for the international market to regain the glory in hosiery, sports and other sectors as it was before the British rule. He was addressing the gathering at the Dera Sachkhand Ballan in Jalandhar today.

On the occasion speaking about the Union Budget presented today in the Parliament, Mr. Modi said that the country is moving at a faster pace to achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat by 2047. He said the India-EU Free Trade Deal will open up market to Punjab based hosiery, sports and other industries.
