Prime Minister Narendra Modi today attended the Combined Commanders’ Conference CCC2025 at the Eastern Command Headquarters Vijay Durg of the Indian Army today in Kolkata. He hailed the armed forces for their courage in Operation Sindoor and their important contribution towards nation building.
Today Prime Minister unveiled Indian Armed Forces Vision 2047 document for a future ready armed forces of India. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, MoS Defence Sanjay Seth, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan were present in the event.
The theme of the CCC 2025 is ‘Year of Reforms-Transformation for the Future’. Wide range of strategic issues – including force modernisation, jointness, integration and enhancing operational readiness for multi-domain warfare were discussed today.
