Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has said that competitive federalism is the perfect approach to make country a developed nation. Addressing the gathering at 120th Annual Session of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in New Delhi, he said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has empowered the states through good governance. Mr. Rijiju said that several centrally funded schemes have now been transferred to state governments for local implementation. The Minister said that development at the local level is the key to national growth.
