The government today said that over two lakh 96 thousand persons in two thousand 160 villages have been provided treatment by 383 CAPF doctors. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha, the Minister of State for Home, Nityanand Rai, said that the doctors of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) conduct civil OPDs in their area of responsibility by organising medical camps during civic action programs.
