India’s Operation Sindoor is being widely praised as a decisive military success by international experts. British political commentator and writer David Vance voiced strong support for the operation, calling it “long overdue” and a necessary step. He echoed his earlier comments from a 2018 United Nations address, where he described Pakistan as a “failed state” and a “terrorist incubator.”
Vance also sharply criticised China for backing Pakistan in the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack and during Operation Sindoor. He accused Beijing of using Pakistan as a regional proxy and warned that China cannot be trusted.
Mariam Solaimankhil, a member of Afghanistan’s Parliament in exile, expressed strong support for India’s Operation Sindoor, describing it as a necessary step against terrorism. She said that Pakistan has long been a hub for terrorist activities and is responsible for the deaths of innocent civilians in Kashmir. She said that India’s actions were measured and focused, targeting terrorist camps and military facilities that aid extremist groups.
She also accused Pakistan of spreading falsehoods for decades, with both the government and the ISI involved in misleading the international community. Solaimankhil further emphasised that Pakistan’s support for terrorism has harmed not only its neighbours but also its people.
