National Testing Agency has established six examination centres in Chandigarh for the NEET 2026 examination, scheduled to be held tomorrow. A total of 2,854 candidates are expected to appear for the exam at these centres.
The Agency has issued specific guidelines for the candidates. Along with their admit cards, candidates are required to carry one original photo ID proof – such as a Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, or Ration Card. They are permitted to carry only transparent water bottles. The biometric attendance of the candidates will be recorded, and the entry window for the examination centres is scheduled from 1 PM to 1:30 PM.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Nodal Officer for South Chandigarh, Ms. Isha Kamboj, today reviewed the preparations for the examination. To ensure the successful conduct of the exam, she held a meeting with all Centre Superintendents, Supervisors, and Duty Magistrates deployed by the administration and gave them the necessary instructions
