NITI Aayog Chief Executive Officer (CEO) B.V.R. Subrahmanyam today visited Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam in Vijayawada. Upon his arrival, the temple priests gave him a traditional welcome. Mr Subrahmanyam offered special prayers to Goddess Durga. After the darshan, Vedic scholars accorded him Vedic blessings. 

 

Temple Executive Officer V.K. Seena Nayak honoured the NITI Aayog CEO with the sacred Sheshavastram of the Goddess and presented prasadam and a photograph of the deity. NTR District Collector Dr. G.Lakshmisha, several district officials and temple authorities were present.
