The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Goa, in collaboration with Cuncolim Police Station, organised a vibrant ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ rally on Tuesday to spread awareness about the importance of Independence Day and ignite patriotic fervour among citizens.

 

 

Flagged off by NIT Goa Director Prof. O. R. Jaiswal, the rally began at the institute campus and culminated at Cuncolim Market. Faculty members, staff, students, security personnel, housekeeping staff, and police officials participated enthusiastically, turning the event into a spirited show of national unity.

 

 

As part of the campaign, residents and shopkeepers have been urged to hoist the National Flag at their homes and establishments from August 13 to 15, marking the 79th Independence Day celebrations.
