Union Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh chaired the Seva Sankalp Resolution meeting in New Delhi. During the meeting senior officials of the ministry collectively read out the Resolution and reaffirmed their commitment to its guiding principles. Ways of effective implementation of the resolutions and principles in day-to-day functioning were also discussed in the meeting.
