Director General of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Anurag Garg visited a de-addiction centre run by an NGO in the border town of Moreh in Manipur. During the visit, the DG Interacted with staff and lauded their efforts to overcome addiction and encouraged them to spread awareness against drugs and addiction.

Mr Garg also reviewed anti-drug trafficking measures in the town and held discussions with SP Tengnoupal and CO, Assam Rifles, on combating cross-border drug trafficking. The NCB DG was accompanied by DDG NCB (North Eastern Region) Monika Ashish Batra and Zonal Director of NCB Imphal Prakash Ranjan Mishra.
