The National Lok Adalat was held across Manipur on Saturday. Manipur State Legal Services Authority and District Legal Services Authority Imphal organised National Lok Adalat at Court Complex in Lamphelpat and other courts situated in Imphal district. The Executive Chairman of Manipur State Legal Services Authority- Justice A. Bimol Singh and Judge of High Court of Manipur- Justice A. Guneshwar Sharma monitored the proceedings of National Lok Adalat held at Imphal and Bishnupur districts. They also interacted with the judicial officers and members of Lok Adalat Benches. Justice- A. Bimol Singh has said that around 37 pending cases and 2,385 pre-litigation cases are expected to settle during the Lok Adalat.

The National Lok Adalat was also held in other districts of Manipur today at their respective Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Complexes.
