The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Ministry has approved the establishment of MSME Technology Centres at the Pandoga area in Una district, and in the Parwanoo industrial area of Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. These technology centres will be set up at a cost of approximately 10 crore rupees each.

 

Pandoga and Parwanoo have been included among the 13 new Technology Centres Extension Centres being established across the country by the MSME Ministry. The establishment of these centres will give a new direction to industrial development in the state.

 

They will provide modern technical support to industries, encourage industrial investment, and create new employment opportunities. With the help of these centres, the youth will gain access to skill training and get better opportunities for self-employment.
