The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) is organising a National Level Consultative Workshop on “Using Administrative Data for Governance: Harmonising Departmental Data at State Level” on the 24th of this month at Vigyan Bhawan. The workshop is part of the preparatory process for the forthcoming National-Level Deliberative Summit “Data for Development” with States and Union Territories in April this year.
The consultative workshop aims to brief States and UTs on the objectives, scope and key issues for deliberation at subsequent State-level internal workshops. The workshop is bringing together experts from government, international agencies, industry, think tanks and academia to deliberate on various aspects of harmonisation of administrative data.
