The Ministry of Education has appealed to students to join Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025. The Ministry said that applications can be submitted till Monday. This initiative, in collaboration with the Atal Innovation Mission under the NITI Aayog, was launched on the 23rd of last month. The Ministry of Education has said that this is India’s largest-ever student innovation to engage school students between Class 6 and 12. The initiative is to encourage students to join teams, think creatively, and develop ideas and prototypes that address real-life challenges on themes of national importance.

The entries will be evaluated by a national panel of experts, and the top student teams will receive prizes. Winner schools and students will receive long-term support through corporate adoption, mentorship, and resources to further strengthen their innovations.
