Ministry of Coal today organized a plantation drive as a part of the Swachhata Hi Seva initiative in New Delhi.  The Ministry said that the event promotes efforts to build a cleaner, greener and more sustainable country for future generations. It added the event aimed at spreading a message that protecting the environment is not only a policy objective but also a moral obligation that begins with simple yet powerful acts like planting a tree.
