Union Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda today met Sri Lankan Leader of Opposition Sajith Premadasa in New Delhi. During the meeting, Mr Nadda explained to Mr Premdasa how the Bharatiya Janata Party works at the grassroots level and the people-first policies that are helping to shape India’s development journey.
They had a meaningful exchange on how political parties can serve citizens better. Mr Nadda also explained how the coordination between the party and government results in the effective implementation of welfare schemes. He added that India and Sri Lanka have always supported each other as close neighbours and reaffirmed working for the growth and development of both nations.
