In Keralam, Meteorological Department has issued yellow alert, indicating isolated heavy rain in six of the 14 districts.

Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea along the Kerala and Lakshadweep coasts for fishing.

Winds with speeds of up to 60 km per hour are also predicted along the Kerala coast today. Heavy rain was reported from isolated places in Kerala on Thursday.
