The Secretary (South) in the Ministry of External Affairs, Dr Neena Malhotra, today hosted a reception for Resident Ambassadors in New Delhi. The External Affairs Ministry said in a social media post that India’s candidate for Judge at the International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea for 2026 to 2035, Professor Bimal Patel, addressed the diplomatic corps on the occasion. He shared his vision for the Tribunal.
